The City of Regensburg is a partner of Pilsen and the Oberpfalz Region is a partner of the Pilsen Region. As part of this co-operation, the Biennial was sent to represent the city and region by a large exhibition in the Leerer Beutel Gallery, a frequently visited cultural centre situated in the historical centre of Regensburg. 120 drawings were presented. The exhibition was financially supported by the Pilsen Region and the City of Pilsen. The exhibition was opened by Mgr. Martin Baxa, Councillor for Culture and Heritage of the Pilsen Region, JUDr. Marcela Krejsová, Deputy Mayor of the City of Pilsen, Klemens Unger, Councillor for Culture of the City of Regensburg, Herbert Sneidler, Curator of the Leerer Beutel Gallery, Ak. mal. Jaroslav Zapletal, President of the Biennal.
