Drawing? Yes, drawing!

This year’s premieres include, above all, the exhibition called Drawing? Yes, drawing! It is realized on billboards situated in Pilsen’s Křižíkovy sady. The opening, held on Thursday of 8 July, saw the participation of the jury members, the Biennial’s management, and guests of the City of Pilsen and the Pilsen Region. The individual panels /graphics by Miloš Hausner, photography by Václav Hynčík/ feature the reproductions of selected drawings awarded the Grand Prix in the individual years (1996 – 2008) as well as works awarded some other prizes.
The visitors thus have a unique opportunity to gain an overview of the previous years and see the breadth of scope of communication enabled by monochrome drawing.
The exhibition lasts until 30 August 2010.
