The Best Collection of the Biennial of Drawing Pilsen 2006, Tonsberg Vestfold Kunstnersenter, Norway
The series of travelling exhibitions of the Best Collection of the Biennial of Drawing Pilsen 2006 completed its successful presentation in Tonsberg, Norway. The exhibition was opened on 26 April in the Vestfold Kunstnersenter Gallery. Taking place in co-operation with the Vestfold and Pilsen regions, it showcased 21 artists with 23 drawings. The Biennial enjoyed a warm reception of experts and the general public, as well as a considerable interest in not only the project itself but also the place where it is held – the City of Pilsen and the whole of West Bohemia. In this way, the Biennial presented them yet again as a city and a region with an active approach to significant cultural projects.
